Marie is a registered occupational therapist with 25 years experience in the assessment and management of injury, illness and disability on an individuals day to day functional capacity and their ability to participate in their activities of daily living.
Marie has clinical and case management experience working with the following diagnostic groups: upper and lower limb amputations; hand injuries; musculoskeletal injuries; age-related illness and injury and dementia; acquired brain injury, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, chronic pain and depression and palliative care.
Michelle Abbott - Principal OTB. App. Sc. (OT)
Michelle Abbott is an occupational therapist with 20 years experience. Her clinical and case management experience includes. Disability; Adult Rehabilitation; Aged Care; Equipment Prescription; Wheelchairs and Seating; Environmental Modifications; Medicolegal Assessments and Reports; Case Management Services.
Michelle has worked across a variety of settings, providing services to clients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities, ranging from complex orthopaedic, neurological, trauma and medical/surgical conditions, to ageing-related conditions, congenital conditions, and palliative care.
Sarah RadfordB. App. Sc (OT)
Sarah completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2012. Since graduating she has worked in a variety of settings including acute, rehabilitation and community roles within the Illawarra Shoalhaven and South Western Sydney local areas. She has experience providing services to clients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities including neurological, spinal, trauma, complex orthopaedics, degenerative conditions, congenital conditions, palliative care, and aged related conditions.
Her experience has included completing complex equipment prescription, seating assessments and manual/power wheelchair prescription, pressure care education and prescription of products, minor and major environmental modifications, and upper limb therapy programs.
Anna DoddB. App. Sc. (OT)
Anna Dodd completed a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2010. Since graduating she has worked in a variety of roles within the Illawarra Shoalhaven local area, Rural South Australia and the UK. Her experience has included completing basic and complex equipment prescription, manual and power wheelchair prescription, pressure care education and prescription of products, and minor and major environmental modifications. She has worked in many acute, rehabilitation, community and aged care roles. Her experience has included working with clients with a diverse range of disabilities and diagnosis including orthopaedics, neurological, medical/surgical conditions, Motor Neuron Disease and other degenerative conditions, palliative care, and aged related conditions.
Lauren ThompsonB. App. Sc (OT)
Lauren Thompson is a registered Occupational Therapist. Since graduating she has worked in a variety of roles and settings within the Illawarra local area. Lauren’s clinical experience includes, Disability, Equipment Prescription and Home Modifications. Lauren’s has worked with clients with a wide range of disabilities and diagnosis including neurological, MND, Brain injuries, Degenerative conditions, Medical and Surgical issues.
Lauren is a Driver Trained Occupational Therapist.
Clementine WhiteBSc Hons Experimental Psychology; PG Dip OT with MSc in Health through Occupation.
Clementine graduated from the University of Brighton, UK, with a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Therapy and Master of Science in Health through Occupation in 2002. After gaining experience in acute physical health she developed a special interest in wheelchairs and specialist seating working within the Sussex Rehabilitation Centre, UK. More recently Clementine has spent time working in community rehabilitation and rapid response in North Somerset, UK.
Clementine has worked in Australia, within Sydney and the Illawarra, for a number of years and in a variety of roles including private rehab, community and aged care. She has 12 years of experience providing Occupational Therapy interventions to clients with varied diagnoses including orthopaedics, medical/surgical, neurological and age-related conditions.
Taneeka BettenayB. Health. Sc, M. OT
Taneeka is a registered Occupational Therapist. She completed a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Health Promotion and a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Since graduating, Taneeka has worked across Western Australia and New South Wales. Her clinical experience includes disability, equipment prescription, home modifications and paediatrics. Taneeka has worked with a diverse range of disabilities including neurological conditions, spinal cord injuries, intellectual disabilities, upper and lower limb amputations, motor neurone disease and palliative care.
Emma SouthB. App. Sc. (OT)
Emma is a registered Occupational Therapist. Since graduating she has worked in a number of different settings including acute, rehabilitation, palliative care and hand therapy in South Western Sydney. Emma has worked with a wide variety of clients with complex injuries, diagnosis and disabilities including brain injury, psychiatric, orthopaedic injury, amputations, neurological, degenerative and congenital conditions. Emma has experience in home modifications, equipment prescription as well as hand and neurological upper limb splinting. She has completed training with the Australian Hand Therapy Association and Sydney Hand Hospital. Emma is passionate in developing innovative solutions to daily problems to improve client function, independence and enjoyment in life. Outside of work Emma enjoys exploring the outdoors, creative arts and following the Sydney Swans AFL team with her family.
Isabella FavottoB. App. Sc. (OT)
Isabella holds a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Occupational Therapy from Western Sydney University.
Prior to working as an occupational therapist, Isabella worked across a variety of roles including sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation, personal support work, university-based academic support and social media management.
Isabella is a fierce mental health advocate, having pioneered several student-lead health and wellbeing initiatives during her time as a foundation member of WSU’s ‘The Academy’ and ‘Aspire Future Leaders Team’.
Isabella enjoys all aspects of community-based occupational therapy practice, with a particular interest in:

Madei Low is an occupational therapist with 5 years experience, currently living in Jervis Bay and working in the Shoalhaven region.
Having worked in Australia and Canada, Madei has experience working in a variety of settings including acute hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, community rehabilitation and jobsite settings. Madei has experience in providing services to clients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities, ranging from complex orthopaedic, neurological, trauma and medical/surgical conditions, to ageing-related conditions. Emily BurkeTherapy Assistant
Emily is an occupational therapy assistant, who is currently completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy. Through her clinical placements, she has gained experience in community aged-care and community paediatric settings. Throughout her studies, Emily has volunteered and worked with clients with a diverse range of disabilities and diagnosis. These include neurological conditions, musculoskeletal conditions, acquired and traumatic brain injuries, intellectual disability, mental health disorders, autism spectrum disorder, and sensory processing disorder.

Joanne Heathcote is an occupational therapist with over 25 years experience in the areas of orthopaedics, degenerative neurological conditions, trauma, spinal injuries, brain injuries, amputees, complex medical conditions, arthritis, dementia, soft tissue injuries and palliative care. Her clinical experience spans the acute hospital system, brain injury services and primary and secondary rehabilitation.
William RyanB. Phys (Hons)
Having spent much of his youth competing in tennis tournaments and playing AFL, Will was no stranger to the physiotherapists’ office. After completing his Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2013, Will spent three years at Wollongong hospital before transitioning to the private practice arena. Having worked across multiple health settings, in both the hospital and private practice, including ICU, Neurological, and Musculoskeletal. Will brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his clinical practice. Will has also completed additional training in Dry Needling and Clinical Pilates.
When he isn’t working you will find will coaching at Figtree Australian Rules Football Club or sampling local wine and cheese venues with his wife Nicole. Will prides himself on a client first approach and aims to deliver an individualised road to recovery for each client.
